I was bought xxxl it is slightly bigger (I want it tight, if you do not like it go for xxxl), this one fit good, and quality feels not bad. But it is definitely someone’s return clothes, because the package outside is dry and the clothes is wet, and makes manual and everything else inside bag wet, and the clothes underarm part had strong body odor……….. Jesus dude why you return the thing you already wear for sport?????? Curse you from deep my heart?, and 4 stars only because the seller should check the return productI really like it. Fits comfortably, doesn’t overheat me and the honeycomb pattern of the padding allows for lots of mobility. I’ve owned expensive rugby name brand pads that don’t compare. HOWEVER, the padding on the chest isn’t game legal. I wish I could exchange or return it, but it’s been used. Highly recommend for other sports.This product was worth the money for extra protection when playing football, but you cannot expect all of the padding to help. I do recommend this product but I expected it to be more stretchy.My individual padding squares broke so know it’s unusable never put in washing machine or dryer always washed and air dried. I am currently playing football and wondering for a replacement and before it broke it did a good job protecting me.Teenage son wears it regularly. It gets washed 5 times a week. It still fits well and the pads have kept their shape.This shirt is great. I haven't actually crashed with it yet, thankfully, but it's really light and comfortable. And I believe the padding will greatly diminish the pain of any blunt impact in the padded areas. Even on a hot day, it's not uncomfortable. Sure, I sweat right through it, but it seems to breathe or at least not overly stifle heat transfer.But like the knucklehead I am, I put it in the washer and dryer, hoping for the best. I didn't read the washing instructions. When it came out of the dryer, it's like the padding compartments were full of little foam balls. So I bought another. And I'll read the washing instructions this time.If/when I crash with this on, I'm hopeful it'll minimize damage.Do Not Wash In Washer machine. I basically ruined the padding for these shirts. I over looked the hand washing directions on the tag. All the little hex pads dislodge from each other. Now the pockets that hold the hex padding together just look like a sack of little hex pads. Sucks for me cause I have two boys playing football and I ruined both of them only 3 games into the season...Other then that my boys used them no complaints and I really liked the protection they provided with the hex padding...I love this shirt as an alternative to my full chest protector.
